Our goal is to make beautiful homes affordable for our neighbors here in Ottawa by offering direct savings and free local delivery. To keep our prices the lowest in the market and ensure every customer receives a pristine, brand-new product, we operate with the following professional standards:
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the event you receive a damaged or defective order, We stand behind the quality of every piece we sell. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is missing parts, please don’t worry—we will make it right at no cost to you. We ask that you report any issues within 48 hours of delivery. Depending on the situation, we will arrange for a professional repair, send you a replacement part, or exchange the item for a brand-new one. Just send a quick photo of the issue and your receipt to our team so we can start the solution immediately.
General Return & Exchange Eligibility:
Because we keep our margins so low to save you money, we are unable to accept returns for “change of heart” or style preferences once an item is in your home. We do accept exchanges for items that remain in perfect, unopened and unassembled condition in their original factory packaging. Please reach out within 2 days of your purchase to initiate this. All approved returns or exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which covers the essential costs of handling and warehouse labor so we can keep our retail prices low for everyone.
Final Sale Items:
To guarantee hygiene and brand-new quality for all our neighbors, certain items are Final Sale. For health and safety, mattresses, bedding and foundations cannot be returned once the factory seal is broken. We want you to rest easy knowing your mattress has never been in anyone else’s home. Additionally, custom or special orders, floor models, clearance items, and service fees (such as financing or delivery) are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations:
We understand that circumstances can change. You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, a 25% restocking or processing fee will apply as we begin the work of staging and preparing your items for delivery.
Delivery & Fitting Responsibility:
We want your new furniture to look great in your space! It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all items fit through doorways, hallways, and into the designated space. If an item unfortunately does not fit during delivery, it will be treated as a final sale.
Manufacturer Warranties:
While we do not offer “comfort trials,” your purchase is protected. Every product is backed by a Manufacturer’s Warranty against structural or material defects. If you ever have a structural issue down the road, our local team will gladly help you navigate the warranty process with the manufacturer to ensure your product performs as intended.
Warranty Service & Repairs:
We are committed to the long-term life of your furniture. If your item requires a repair that is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, there will be no charge to you for the replacement parts. To cover the factual costs of professional labour, inspection, and transportation, a standard service fee of $150.00 will apply to each claim. For homes located outside of our standard local delivery radius, additional travel fees may apply based on the distance.
