We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and prices for all products. However, errors may occur. If a product is listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to correct the error, and we will contact you to adjust or cancel the order as needed.

 

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
• Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard and Affirm financing options.
• Orders may be canceled if the product is out of stock or unavailable. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

 

4. Pricing & Promotions

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
• Discounts, promotions, and sales may not be combined unless otherwise stated.
• First-time customers can receive a 15% discount by signing up for our newsletter and applying the provided coupon code at checkout.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Free local delivery is available within 40 km of our store. Free Delivery to the main entrance door of your dwelling. Free Delivery does not include homes with staircases or elevators or assembly. Additional fees for these extra services apply. Free Delivery does not include homes in remote off the road areas, or areas that are affected by inclement weather. It is at the sole discretion of Capital Furniture & Mattress to cancel a delivery. 
• Delivery schedules will be confirmed after your order is processed. Customers must ensure accurate shipping details for timely delivery.
• Any delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes) will be communicated as soon as possible.

 

6. Exchange Policy

• Items must be returned in their original packaging within 1 das of delivery for a exchange.
• Custom-made items and mattresses are non-refundable unless defective. In this instance, your warranty will be applied. 
• If the product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will replace or repair the item at no extra cost so long as it not assembled. 

 

7. Warranty

Most of our products come with a manufacturer warranty, which covers defects in materials or craftsmanship. Warranty periods may vary depending on the product. Please refer to individual product pages for specific warranty details. Warranties vary to each item. Your sales rep with give you your warranty card if applicable for your item at time of purchase or delivery. Warranties to not apply to clearance items or floor models. A service fee will apply for all living, dining and bed room furniture of $150.
