Damaged or Defective Items:
We stand behind the quality of every piece we sell. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is missing parts, please don’t worry we will make it right at no cost to you. We ask that you report any issues within 48 hours of delivery. Depending on the situation, we will arrange for a professional repair, send you a replacement part, or exchange the item. Just send a quick photo of the issue and your receipt to our team so we can start the solution process.
Delivery Timelines & Scheduling:
Please note that all delivery dates provided are estimates based on current manufacturer schedules. While we strive for speed, Capital Furniture & Mattress is not responsible for delays caused by production or shipping transit. We do not offer financial compensation or discounts for changed delivery dates, as these factors are outside of our local control.
General Return & Exchange Eligibility:
Because we give you the best products at the lowest prices low to save you money, we are unable to accept returns for “change of heart” or style preferences once an item is in your home. We do accept exchanges for items that remain in perfect, unopened and unassembled condition in their original factory packaging. Please reach out within 2 days of your purchase to initiate this. All approved returns or exchanges are subject to a 40% restocking fee, plus the essential costs of handling and warehouse labor. Please contact the store for a quote.
Final Sale Items:
To guarantee hygiene and brand-new quality for all our cusdtomers, certain items are Final Sale. For health and safety, mattresses, bedding, pillows and foundations cannot be returned once the factory seal is broken. Additionally, custom or special orders, floor models, clearance items, and service fees (such as financing or delivery) are non-refundable.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, a 25% restocking or processing fee will apply as we begin the work of staging and preparing your items for delivery.

Delivery & Fitting Responsibility:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all items fit through doorways, elevators, hallways, and into the designated space. If an item does not fit during delivery, it will be treated as a FINAL SALE. Please contact the store to inquire if ther is an alternate furniture item is avaialble for exchange. We will do our best to work with you. Additional Fees apply. These policies are in line with our “Shipping & Delivery” Policies.
Warranty Service & Repairs
Every product is backed by a Manufacturer’s Warranty. If your item requires a repair covered under warranty, there is no charge for parts. To cover the factual costs of professional labour and transportation, a standard service fee of $150.00 applies to each claim. For homes outside our standard delivery radius, additional travel fees may apply.
